In May the R. Scott Handel Leadership scholarship was awarded to senior class president, Stella Souza. Since students were not on campus, due to the pandemic, the award was presented this year in Stella’s front yard. A few GHRoW board members met Stella and her family at their home in Maryland where the scholarship and $2,000 were presented. Later the same day Stella and her family met with more of the GHRoW board and Scott’s mom, Linda Lyon, by Zoom.
