Family and friends decked out in green ran in memory of Scott during the 2014 Race for Hope.
May 2014 —More than fifty friends and family of Scott Handel participated for the 2nd year in the Race for Hope in Washington, DC. Scott was a co-founder of the GHRoW Foundation. The endowed scholarship that bears his name was created for outstanding leaders at SVA. Over $7,000 was raised for brain cancer research and GHRoW Foundation scholarships in memory of Scott.
